🔐 How we control spending

  • The Board collectively approves any expense over $500.
  • Stripe processes all online donations — immutable record.
  • Automatic monthly report to the entire Board with income and movement details.
  • No compensation to Board members. All work pro-bono.
  • External audit contracted annually (starting year 2).
